From ControlTier
Workflows represent an automated process that spans a series of steps. Each step in the workflow is carried out by a command defined in a type.
See the Workflow Development Guide for instructions on defining commands.
Workflow execution can be graphically displayed inside Workbench using the "process flow view". The process flow view shows the series of commands that will be executed for a given resource model. This same view can also be seen in the Jobcenter when watching a process execute.
